A Little More About How I Work
I’m analytical by nature. I like understanding why something is happening, not just knowing that it is. That’s a big part of why I spend so much time tracking the local housing market, digging into the details of a transaction, and paying attention to how buyers and sellers are actually responding in real time.
Because I represent both sides, I get to see that behavior from both directions. When I’m working with a seller, I know what buyers are reacting to, where they’re hesitating, and what’s getting them to move. When I’m working with a buyer, I know what’s actually influencing sellers to say yes. That perspective helps me anticipate how the other side is likely to respond instead of relying on assumptions.
But real estate decisions aren’t made on a spreadsheet.
There’s usually a bigger question underneath the numbers. Can we afford to wait? Are we going to regret passing on this house? Is this offer worth the risk? Are we pricing the house based on what we want, or what buyers are actually telling us?
Those are the conversations I enjoy most.
My role is to give you the information I have, tell you what I think, explain why I think it, and then help you make the decision that fits your situation. You won’t get manufactured urgency from me, and you won’t get handed a recommendation without understanding the reasoning behind it.
My Approach
Better Information
I track the local market continuously, not just when you’re ready to make a move. That gives us a clearer picture of what buyers and sellers are actually doing in your specific part of the market.
If you ask most agents whether now is a good time to buy or sell, you'll hear "yes" no matter what's happening in the market. I don't work that way. The real answer depends on your goals, your timeline, and what's actually happening in your specific price range and neighborhood — not a national headline. I track the local MLS data every month and compare it against past years so decisions get made on facts, not guesswork.
Straight Answers
I’ll tell you what I think, including when that answer is to wait, walk away, adjust the plan, or reconsider an assumption. The goal isn’t to get you to a transaction. It’s to help you make a decision you’re comfortable with.
Calm Execution
Once you decide to move forward, I stay directly involved through the details, negotiations, deadlines, and inevitable curveballs that come with a real estate transaction.
